From manufacturing to recycling…
In eco-responsible material
Our manufacturing processes
Exclusive Mineral Composite material sourced from France
90% of our materials are made from natural mineral fillers extracted locally (in the Pays de la Loire region, near our factories). The binder used consists of 10% recycled components.
Vertical production circuit
Our Mineral Composite material is manufactured in Mayenne (53). Our products are 100% made in France at our factories in Sillé-le-Guillaume (72) for sanitaryware, and Combrée (49) for façade products. This local manufacturing allows us to favor direct sales, thus reducing our carbon footprint when transporting materials.
Clean production
Thanks to our choice of materials, our products emit very littleCO2 during production. What’s more, the water needed for the production process is in a closed circuit.

The life of our products
Contributing toenergy-efficient
Most of our claddings are combined with exterior thermal insulation (ETI) and/or high energy performance systems, which limit or cancel out energy consumption. They are compatible with bio-sourced insulation.
Non-porous…
Requiring very little maintenance, our materials help limit the environmental impact of cleaning (water, chemicals, etc.).
… resistant and easy to maintain
Some of the 15 million m² of facade installed and the 3 million sanitary units installed have been in place for over 40 years. Our materials are durable and long-lasting by nature, limiting the need for renewal. What’s more, it requires very little maintenance, and our materials help limit environmental impact by reducing cleaning (water, chemicals, etc.).
Recycling our materials
Recoverablematerials…
Process waste emitted during production is recovered in our plants for reuse in new production processes.
In addition, in the event of dismantling or demolition, our materials can be recovered by local authorities for use as road fill, for example.
… Reusable…
Our design teams have developed new processes enabling us to recover and recycle all our products after dismantling or demolition. Once recovered, products can be reused after testing and cleaning.
… And more
Our facade and bathroom products will soon be covered by Environmental and Health Declaration Sheets (EPD), which are currently being updated. These sheets, which analyze the products’CO2 emissions throughout their life cycle, will be available for download on our websites or via the INIES database.
